John Sattler is the founder and principal of ValueIQ. John has been helping professionals advance in their careers since 1998. Results include enhanced job satisfaction, higher compensation, and expanded influence. Often, this translates to escaping day-to-day boredom, stale leadership, and stifling work environments. John is also an award-winning Executive Recruiter, having spent a combined 12 years with a global firm and as an independent. He is a USAF Veteran and holds a B.A. in Business / Marketing from The University of South Florida.

Jennifer George has been our proof reader and editor since 2009. Jen has a keen eye for detail, syntax, clarity, and punctuation and is indispensable in ensuring our Resumes, Profiles, and other documents are letter-perfect for our clients. Prior, Jen was an associate director of development at the UCLA Graduate School of Education and Information Studies. She holds a B.A. in English from UCLA and a Certificate in Public Relations from Cal State, Long Beach.

Sarah Elkins is a Certified Clifton Strengths Assessment Coach who partners with us to help clients clarify and leverage their strengths in preparation for their Job Searches. Sarah owns and is Chief Storymaker of Elkins Consulting and the Author and Podcast Host of “Your Stories Don’t Define You, How You Tell Them Will.” Sarah holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Colorado State and an M.B.A. from Western Governors University.
